top 10 reasons:

10.Don't have to wake up early
9 .Don't have to do any homework
8 .Can eat junk food a lot b/c I know I have time to work it off
7 .Get to chill with friends that I haven't seen in a while
6 .Can finally have a full conversation with someone over MSN without having to say either:
-OMG i have practice tomorrow
-i have to practice
-i have a huge test tomorrow
-i have a presentation that i didn't do
-I need to study
-I need to work
-Someone is gonna fail their thing, must help, g2g.
5 .I can listen to a full song and actually think about it, rather than just listening.
4 .I get to throw out my grade 9 junk to make room for my grade 10 junk
3 .I get to go out more! (mostly eating, but w/e. food is good)
2 .I can sleep as late as I want and not get yelled at for waking up really late

Number One??
